The International Blackball Federation (IBF) is the new global body for Blackball. Our goal is to unite all Continents and all Nations where Blackball is played under one organisation with integrity and the drive to push Blackball to new heights.
The vision for the International Blackball Federation is to promote and elevate the sport of Blackball pool on a global scale, emphasising inclusivity, integrity, and excellence in competition.
The IBF aims to provide a platform for players of all backgrounds to showcase their skills and passion for the game, while fostering camaraderie and sportsmanship among participants. Despite not currently being recognised by the World Pool-Billiard Association (WPA), the IBF strives to establish itself as a respected authority in Blackball pool, working towards greater recognition and opportunities for its members worldwide.

The IBF’s membership is currently made up of 22 Nations on 4 different Continents with a total of over 35.000 active members in those Nations and growing!

WC 2024
The inaugural IBF World Championships will be held from November 2nd thru November 10th 2024 in Malta. The Dolmen hotel is currently being remodeled and will soon re-open as the Hilton Double Tree.
